Job Description- Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts within the business services industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation within your target market and territory
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from interview to offer stage and close
- Own and grow your portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple tools and online resources
- Build strong client partnerships and support their hiring needs with effective talent solutions
- Conduct interviews to thoroughly assess candidate qualifications
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant will have:
- Proven experience in prospecting and winning new business
- Demonstrated success in closing deals
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- Motivation to achieve measurable results and grow as a sales professional
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Strong adaptability, coachability, and curiosity
