Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Telemetry position in Liberty, MO, requiring at least 1 year of telemetry experience and active MO or compact RN licensure.
Details- 3 East Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
- 12-hour night shifts, 1845–0715
- Every other weekend required
- Floating required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Holiday coverage required unless time off has been pre-approved
- EMR: Altera Sunrise (formerly Allscripts), noted to be very similar to Cerner — prior experience not required
- Active RN license — MO state or compact license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of Telemetry RN experience required
- BSN preferred
- Two professional references required for consideration
- New graduates will not be considered for this position
- Orientation spans approximately 5 days: days 1–2 are system-wide orientation, days 3–4 are facility and clinical orientation, and day 5 involves computer training before unit assignment
- This is a nicotine-free facility
- Local and travel candidates are both accepted at the same bill rate
