Job Description- Assist in managing all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely and cost-effective completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with project plans and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Support the project manager in decision-making and problem-solving to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Luxury Residential Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2-3 years experience as a high end residential interiors APM in Manhattan
- Must be coming from a GC
- A background in construction management or a related field.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for delivering high-quality luxury residential projects.
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $125,000, depending on experience.
