Job Description- Review and monitor internal processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Assist in drafting and updating compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
- Support the preparation of compliance reports and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor and respond to regulatory changes, ensuring timely updates to company practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related inquiries and provide guidance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation.
- Assist in compliance training initiatives for employees across the organization.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Compliance Analyst should have:
- A solid understanding of AML/BSA regulations and processes within the banking industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and address compliance risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting policies and collaborating with teams.
- Proficiency in using compliance management tools and software.
