Job Description- Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure project delivery
- Utilize Procore for project management and Timberline for estimating
- Drive project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant- Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Background in one or more: healthcare, MOB, retail, QSR, worship, government, or office
- Ground-up experience preferred; interiors experience also considered
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Augusta, GA area
- Base salary
- Above-market, uncapped bonus structure
