The selected candidate will be the primary Supplier Quality focal point for Connecticut Assembly and Flight Operations (CAFO).

Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide daily tracking and reporting of supplier corrective actions and investigation regarding supplier responsible issues.
  • Assist with triage and investigation of potential supplier responsible issues.
  • Serve as team lead for Factory Supplier Quality Engineers WHAT WE'RE DOING

Basic Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in Aircraft Final Assembly and/or Flight Operations
  • Prior experience investigating aircraft (fixed wing or rotor) discrepancies or anomalies.
  • In depth understanding of aerospace blueprints, drawings, specifications, or other technical data

-Prior experience working with Build-to-Print (BTP) or Seller Designed (SCD) parts, to include major complex assemblies

Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience in commercial or military aircraft maintenance
  • In depth knowledge of Sikorsky internal systems (Solumina, P2P, SAP, PMC, etc)
  • Prior Supplier Quality experience preferred

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
