REGIONAL TRAVEL
Travel to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, maintain and support equipment and build and maintain customer relationships.
Required Equipment Experience and Abilities:
*** Any type of automated packaging machinery such as wrappers, fillers, cappers, labelers, pouchers, etc.
Motors and Servo Drives.
*** PLCs, Sensors, Actuators, etc.
*** Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical and Electronics to board level.
Activities:
*** Identify and diagnose problems remotely and on location.
*** Resolve PLC software issues including operating system bugs and reinstalling and upgrading controller software and hardware.
*** Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on machinery as required.
*** Report back on issues and order parts as needed.
*** Train customers on machine operation.
