- Specialty: Surgical Tech - Perfusionist
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Know how to do all bypass cases: cabg, valves, vads, aortas, robotics, transplants, maze, cell savers, angiovacs.
- Know how to run all poc equipment: i-STATS, hemochrons, hemocues, tegs. Know how to work with: S5 HL machines, cardioquip, cardiohelp, HM3, Impella, IABPs, CMags
- American Heart Association BLS, for Heath Care Providers
- Certification as a surgical technologist (CST)
- Additional certifications may be required.
