- Champion Compliance: Audit driver logs, trip reports, and DOT requirements, upholding the highest standards of safety and data integrity.
- Support Our Drivers: Interface daily with drivers, maintain route books, coordinate vacation coverage, and swiftly resolve equipment requests.
- Oversee Critical Assets: Maintain daily and weekly pallet tracking, fuel reconciliation, and database reporting to drive operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail for managing complex data and compliance records.
- Ability to clearly articulate information to drivers and cross-functional teams.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm.
