At Thelen Auto Group Body Shop, we’re hiring a part-time Office Assistant to join our team from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role is ideal for parents with school-aged kids, college students, retirees, or anyone looking to stay productive during the day while maintaining work-life balance.
In this role, you’ll be the friendly, organized force that helps keep our body shop running smoothly each morning. What You’ll Do:
- Manage administrative processes from start to finish, including paperwork for parts ordering and repair tickets
- Handle insurance paperwork and processing
- Assist with scheduling department workflow
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to order and receive parts
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Open and close repair orders
- Help ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous, and professional service
- Support accounts payable and receivable tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using computers and office systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
- Automotive body shop knowledge is a plus—but not required
