Job Description

The Superintendent is responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of high-end residential and custom home projects
• Coordinating and collaborating with the VP and project team to ensure project objectives are met
• Managing deadlines and making sure timelines are met
• Coordinating with the necessary project team members
• Positive client feedback/satisfaction
• Building relationships with internal/external parties

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent will have:

• 5+ years leading high profile projects in Residential Construction
• Must have brownstone/custom home renovation experience in Boston
• Must be proficient in Procore
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and innovative mindset
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety measures
• Passion for real estate and community development
• Results-oriented and capable of delivering successful outcomes within project constraints
