- Shift: 12 Hour Days (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)
- Hours per Week: 36

- Active RN license (Medical/Surgical specialty required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience — Med/Surg RN and Telemetry experience preferred
- Comfortable with technical clinical equipment (stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers, electronic monitoring devices)
- Completion of required onboarding health screenings and background checks
- Driver's License or State ID
- Skills checklist submission
- Provide safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care to patients and families in an acute care telemetry setting
- Implement the nursing process to help patients attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status
- Deliver relationship-based nursing care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Demonstrate clinical and technical skills to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Contribute to professional practice, ongoing development, and quality improvement initiatives
- Exhibit leadership to influence optimal clinical and operational outcomes in the unit
