About the Role

• Participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables.
• Contribute to large-scale planning and execution of software engineering solutions.
• Analyze and evaluate software engineering challenges involving multiple variables and dependencies.
• Support the resolution of technical issues by applying sound engineering judgment and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and client stakeholders to meet project goals and delivery timelines.
• Apply a solid understanding of software engineering processes, policies, and compliance requirements in day-to-day work.

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience gained through one or more of the following: industry work, consulting, education, training, or military service.

• Experience with Radiant Logic or similar identity/data integration platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (or valid visa).
