Job Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of luxury residential construction projects
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting
- Process and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project documentation and maintain organized project records
- Track material procurement and delivery schedules
- Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with subcontractor bid solicitation and contract administration
- Support project closeout activities, punch lists, and turnover documentation
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality standards
- Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, assistant project management, or project engineering roles
- Experience with residential construction, interior renovations, or high-end residential projects strongly preferred
- Knowledge of construction documents, project management processes, and building systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software preferred
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 USD.
