Requirements:- 2 years acute care Case Management experience (recent)
- Must have Care Coordination, Utilization Review & Discharge Planning experience
- InterQual & Epic experience (HARDSTOP)
- Acute care background in MS, MS/Tele, ICU, and some ER (HARDSTOP)
- California Case Management experience required
- Active CA RN License
- Every other weekend required
- First-time travelers not accepted
- Case load ~15 patients (higher on weekends)
