Finishing Tech 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:54 p.m. – 11:06 p.m.
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for temp-to-hire
Position Overview
Adecco is partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer in Largo, FL, to hire a 2nd Shift Finishing Technician. This opportunity is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in precision and quality. In this role, you will support operations within the Finishing Department by assisting with the finishing of small metal components to meet strict surface specifications and quality standards.
Training & Qualifications
Comprehensive training will be provided on all finishing and bead blasting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and/or
- Strong aptitude for following detailed written and visual work instructions, including photo references
- Prior experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or production environment (preferred)
Note: Candidates may be required to train on a different shift for approximately 4–6 weeks.
Additional Requirements- Steel-toe safety shoes are required
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
This position offers a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
