Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as an Electro-Mechanical Technician, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, aerospace, pharmaceutical).
- Solid understanding of mechanical principles, electrical circuits, and electronic components.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus.
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills for assembling intricate devices.
- Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards is highly desirable.

Responsibilities- Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro-mechanical medical devices and sub-assemblies according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, utilizing schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document all work performed, including testing results, repairs, and maintenance activities, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Operate and maintain various test equipment and tools.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and quality system requirements.
