• Oversee all day-to-day field operations.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Manage project schedules and maintain construction milestones.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Monitor workmanship, quality control, and project progress.
• Resolve field challenges and maintain project productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams.

• Track record leading ground-up and renovation projects.
