Job Description

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods
Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications
Estimate production times and related costs to provide information for management decisions
Confer with management and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities
Maintain company's reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
A background in precision machining - knowledge of CNC milling. turning. grinding, and/or EDM is required
Proficiency implementing GD&T into production.
Prior experience performing FMEA.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering tools

What's on Offer

Base salary between $100,000 - $125,000 depending on level of experience.
