Job Description- Lead site‑wide Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations
- Charter, plan, and facilitate kaizen events to drive measurable productivity and cost savings
- Partner with site leadership to diagnose performance gaps and deploy improvement roadmaps
- Apply structured problem‑solving, value stream mapping, and Lean tools to complex processes
- Implement and improve daily management, visual management, and tiered reporting systems
- Coach and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority to embed Lean thinking

The Successful Applicant
A successful Principal Lean Candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of hands‑on Lean Manufacturing experience (industry agnostic)
- Proven track record delivering sustained productivity and cost improvements
- Deep experience running kaizen events and site‑level diagnostics
- Strong people skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 USD.
