Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in the Memphis, TN area with a home health provider.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited education program.
- Active Tennessee Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience required. Must be able to complete skilled assessments, OASIS documentation, reassessments, treatments, and discharges for homecare patients.
- Experience working in Shelby, Fayette, or Tipton county service areas preferred.
- Familiarity with Homecare electronic documentation systems such as HCHB is preferred.
- Ability to travel between patient homes during a shift. Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient.
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree.
