Job Description

In this Senior Superintendent role, you will:

  • Lead all on‑site construction activities for large‑scale, ground‑up multifamily projects valued at $80M+
  • Drive schedule, quality, safety, and site logistics from mobilization through final turnover
  • Manage large field teams, assistant superintendents, and multiple subcontractor crews across complex scopes
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership reps, inspectors, and trade partners to ensure alignment and execution
  • Operate as the primary on‑site leader, fostering a high‑performance culture and setting expectations for professionalism and accountability
  • Deliver projects on time and up to standard while navigating challenges such as phasing, inspections, and jurisdictional requirements
  • Champion best‑in‑class safety practices, site cleanliness, and detailed documentation
  • Mentor and develop junior field staff, helping build the next generation of leadership
