Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor to provide full-time telehealth services for clients in Colorado. The role includes completing assessments, delivering individual therapy, documenting care, and supporting clients with treatment plans designed to improve emotional well-being and overall functioning.

Responsibilities

Provide counseling services through a secure virtual platform
Conduct assessments and define treatment goals
Support clients with mental health and life-related challenges
Maintain detailed progress notes and clinical documentation
Evaluate client outcomes and adjust care plans
Follow professional, legal, and ethical counseling standards

Requirements

Active Colorado LPC license
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
Comfortable using telehealth platforms
Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
