• Manage TI, renovation, and select ground‑up commercial projects
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Prepare detailed project lists with scope, location, and financials

• 5-10+ years of commercial construction PM experience
• Mix of ground‑up and TI/renovation project delivery
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent the firm
