Addeco is hiring for Receptionist / Concierge (Contract)

Location: Austin, TX (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, positive Receptionist/Concierge to support our Austin office. This individual will play a key role in creating a collaborative, welcoming, and organized workplace. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, maintains a professional and friendly presence, and takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Experience
  • Welcome and check in guests, clients, and visitors
  • Provide directions and information about office spaces, meeting rooms, and amenities
  • Maintain a professional and friendly front desk presence at all times
Office & Facility Support
  • Ensure common areas, entrance, and conference rooms remain clean, organized, and ready for use
  • Restock fridges with beverages and ensure snack stations are fully supplied
  • Maintain breakrooms, including coffee service and cleanliness throughout the day
  • Set up, monitor, and clean meeting rooms before and after use
Inventory & Ordering
  • Track inventory of office supplies, snacks, and refreshments
  • Place orders as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Restock copiers and general office supplies
Event & Meeting Support
  • Receive and set up catering orders for meetings
  • Clean and reset meeting spaces after use
Mail & Administrative Support
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with light administrative and office coordination tasks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Positive attitude with flexibility and patience
  • Ability to problem-solve and respond quickly to office needs
Education & Experience
  • At least 2 years of receptionist, concierge, or guest services experience required
  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, or front desk environments strongly preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the office for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
