- Perform assembly and inspection tasks in a Clean Room environment.
- Follow strict Clean Room protocols to maintain contamination-free conditions.
- Handle and assemble aerospace components with precision and care.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure components meet quality standards.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience working in a clean room or controlled environment. Preferred Additional Skills: * Experience in aerospace manufacturing or assembly work.
- Knowledge of precision assembly techniques and tools.
- Fine motor skills and handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
