Job Description
The Development Analyst - Renewable Energy will be responsible for:
- Shadowing and assisting the VP of Development
- Follow up to make sure deadlines are met on development activities
- Monitoring and tracking landowner communication and outreach
- Assist 3rd party consultants to prepare and submit permits
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the regulatory and policy environments for assigned markets
- Support executive team as needed

The Development Analyst - Renewable Energy will have- Impeccable attention to detail

- Ability to work well within a team
- Some prior knowledge of ARC GIS and Google Earth is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Located in or willing to relocate to Richmond, Virginia (relocation assistance offered)
