Entry-Level Legal Assistant (New Graduate Opportunity) Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite) Position Type: Full-Time or Contract-to-Hire Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Organize and maintain case files and client records
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- strong interest in pursuing a career in the legal field
- Internship, campus involvement, or office experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and willingness to learn
