Job Overview:
- Prior experience from IBM, Kyndryl, or HCL is required, along with infrastructure and data centre migration projects as PM.
- Must possess strong verbal communication skills in French.
- We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale enterprise infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience overseeing datacenter, networking, VMware, and overall infrastructure transformation or migration projects in complex enterprise environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Infrastructure Project Management background
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects involving:
- Datacentre operations and migrations
- Networking infrastructure
- VMware / Virtualization technologies
- Servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure
- Infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and modernization initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and delivery management
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- PMP certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery
- Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, virtualization, security, and operations teams
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Drive status reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation management
- Ensure successful execution of datacentre and infrastructure-related initiatives
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to align project goals and execution.
