Job Description- Assist in planning and overseeing construction projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations on-site.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Support the resolution of any project-related issues or delays.
- Communicate progress and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the improvement of project processes and workflows.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Experience with construction projects in the property industry.
