This position is directly involved in long term strategy and financial planning as well as managing day-to-day financial operations. Working closely with the President to shape the company’s finances and optimizing the performance and profitability.
Responsibilities- Responsible for company internal control system and risk management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures relating to accounting, financial management, budgeting and periodic forecasting.
- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, analyses and reports.
- Coordinate the internal and external audits.
- Responsible for company legal issues and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage and train finance/ accounting team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 10+ years experience in accounting/finance area with at least 7 years experience in management role with an international company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting field.
- Qualification: CPA or other equivalent public accountancy qualification.
