Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining & controlling liquor cost and inventory management
- Communicate effectively and socially with Guests and staff
- Keeps bar area and storeroom clean and organized
- Greet Guests entering and leaving the bar area
- Serve Guests at bar and occasionally table
- Restocks bar with glassware and drink ingredients
- Responsible for cash drawer, cash register, till and end-of-day reports
- Complete various and appropriate side work tasks
- Strictly follow the company's Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
- Work safely and comply with the Standards Of Service outlined in company handbook
