Job Description- Design and develop custom lifting, rigging, and engineered mechanical solutions
- Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks
- Perform engineering calculations to validate designs and ensure product performance
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support fabrication and production processes
- Review customer specifications and develop customized design solutions
- Support project quotation and technical proposal activities
- Troubleshoot design and manufacturing challenges throughout project execution
- Participate in product improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support occasional customer site visits and project-related travel throughout the local region

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- 4+ years of mechanical design engineering experience
- Strong proficiency with SolidWorks
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on engineering approach with the ability to work closely with production teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience designing metal-based products, components, or fabricated assemblies preferred
- Base salary range of $85,000-$105,000 plus annual performance bonus
