HR Generalist
About Our Client
An elite law firm in Manhattan is looking for a highly motivated and detail orientated HR Generalist to grow their high-profile, fast paced team.
Job Description- The HR Generalist will be part of a dynamic, service-oriented team responsible for developing and executing strategies and initiatives to support human resources for employees of this high-profile, fast-paced agency
- Other tasks include conducting exit interviews and assisting in coordinating agency HR-related events and initiatives
- Conduct new-hire employee orientations and work with hiring managers to ensure new employees' successful workplace transition
- Provide information to employees about employment policies and health benefits
- Participate in department initiatives, including special events
- Generate reports from HRIS systems
- Ensure prompt evaluation, review, and response to all employee concerns and inquiries
- Build a strong company culture to maximize team engagement and retention
Manage the day-to-day human resources operations to unblock any bottlenecks

The Successful Applicant- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Experience working with HR tools including (but not limited to) Gusto, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. or equivalent tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytically thinking
- High tolerance for ambiguity
- Demonstrated leadership skills
