Job Description- Manage construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project planning, including resource allocation, risk management, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor site activities to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates, including progress reports and budget analyses, to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support future project opportunities.
