Crystal Process Engineering Technician

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Crystal Process Engineering Technician position located in Orlando, FL. This position is a direct hire opportunity which is expected to be on-site.
Position Summary:The Crystal Process Engineering Technician will support crystal engineering team by performing technical tasks related to crystal testing, equipment maintenance, process evaluation, and documentation. This role requires hands-on involvement with multiple disciplines and contributes to ensuring the efficiency and reliability of crystal production processes.
Job Description:
-Test various crystal products (i.e: Filter crystals, discrete, monolithic, MRW versions as well as round blank crystals.-Repairs crystal process equipment and ensures equipment uptime.-Performs preventative maintenance tasks on key crystal processing equipment like vacuum systems, pumps, compressors, etc.-Performs screening and qualification processes such as G-sensitivity, phase noise, vibration, shock, thermal shock, etc.-Creates and updates production documentation and/or procedures assigned.-Updates production level equipment and test systems as required-Performs data collection and work towards statistical evaluation of processes
