Job Description

Manage all day‑to‑day field operations on assigned projects
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics
Drive short‑interval planning and overall project sequencing
Enforce safety standards and quality expectations
Partner closely with Project Managers and client representatives

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a commercial construction Superintendent
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedules
Hands‑on leader with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Healthcare or education project experience is a plus
