Medical Receptionist
A Front Desk Medical Receptionist position is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences. This role is patient-centered, and you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, answering phones, patient registration, appointment reminders, check-ins, and all other duties assigned.
Location: Pittsburgh, PAJob duration: Temp/contract (potential temp-hire)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay rate: $18,00/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer phone calls, screen calls, and route them appropriately.
- Assist patients with registration, check-in/check-out procedures, and
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records and medical history.
- Send appointment reminders to patients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HS Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of current and/or recent experience working as
a Front Desk Medical Office Receptionist.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
