Amazon is looking for hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Account Managers to help scale Amazon's growing businesses.

- Bachelor's degree graduate (or expected graduation) between June 2024 and June 2026
- Ability to relocate to Nashville, TN (relocation assistance provided, if eligible)
- Ability to begin full-time, 40-hour/week employment in 2026

- Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, displaying a dedication to delivering first-class service and solutions
- Analyze performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency, productivity, and return on investment
- Communicate performance metrics and insights to external stakeholders to drive business growth
- Leverage our suite of rich data, targeting, and product channels to collaborate with other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meet clients' goals
- Troubleshoot technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions
- Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
- Drive operational excellence to ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction
A day in the life
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for specific tasks and work streams that enable the onboarding, launch, and ongoing support of Delivery Service Partners (DSP) owners. You'll build processes to identify problems that can be solved at scale and work cross-functionally to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors in standard work.You'll accomplish this by analyzing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and driving change through internal stakeholder teams. Your role is to quarterback behind the scenes: helping DSPs navigate operational challenges, connecting them with the right internal resources, and supporting them as they grow and scale their businesses.- Are 18 years of age or older
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Work, internship, or leadership experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of or demonstrated interest in B2B sales pipeline management, business development, or key account management
- Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and develop scalable solutions- Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Ability to act strategically and make decisions under ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
