Responsibilities
As a CNC Mill Machinist, you’ll help bring precision designs to life through setup, programming, and operation of CNC milling machines. You’ll work with high-quality materials and tight tolerances to meet the exacting standards that define Master Machining.Every part you produce contributes to our legacy of quality and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate various CNC milling machines
- Verify parts meet print specifications using precision measuring instruments
- Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and technical drawings
- Perform routine maintenance and tool adjustments on machines
- Load and accurately indicate parts to fixtures
- Monitor tool wear, load new tools and inserts as required
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and ensure quality output
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of CNC milling experience
- Understanding of G-code programming and machine setup
- Ability to work within very tight tolerances
- Skilled in blueprint reading and use of measuring equipment
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to precision and quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays when needed
