Job Description
  • Manage and maintain GIPS-compliant composites for the firm, ensuring adherence to all applicable standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and validate data for composite construction and reporting.
  • Perform regular reviews and audits of composite data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of GIPS-compliant presentations and materials for clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on changes to GIPS standards and implement necessary adjustments to processes and reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits related to GIPS compliance and composite management.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members regarding GIPS standards and composite methodologies.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements for composite management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GIPS Composite Specialist should have:

  • CIPM designation.
  • 5+ years experience in investment performance and GIPS compliance operations.
  • Experience with Confluence StatPro Composites application a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
