Responsibilities:
What You'll Earn- $1,200–$1,500 average weekly earnings
- $2,000–$4,000+ per week for top performers
- Weekly pay
- Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential
- New Start Bonus of up to $1,500 for qualified new hires
- Connect directly with Harrisburg-area homeowners and introduce them to renewable energy solutions
- Educate customers about renewable energy programs and potential savings
- Present solutions using MPower's proven sales process
- Guide qualified customers through enrollment
- Achieve daily and weekly performance goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development
Qualifications:
