Located in the heart of Manhattan, our hotel is a vibrant oasis featuring 149 beautifully appointed guest rooms, where exceptional service, striking design, world-class cuisine, and immersive cultural experiences come together to create something truly unforgettable.

Position Overview
As a Concierge, you will serve as an ambassador of The Fifth Avenue Hotel, delivering a refined, seamless, and highly personalized guest experience. You will anticipate guest needs, curate bespoke experiences, and connect guests to the very best that New York City has to offer.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Engagement & Service Excellence- Warmly greet and engage guests with polished professionalism and genuine hospitality
- Provide thoughtful, anticipatory service at every opportunity
- Offer expert guidance on premier local attractions, cultural institutions, fine dining, luxury retail, and exclusive events
- Stay current on the city’s most sought-after experiences
- Secure dining reservations, event tickets, and curated experiences, including access to exclusive or hard-to-book venues
- Arrange transportation with attention to comfort, efficiency, and guest preferences
- Fulfill unique and high-level guest requests, including sourcing specialty items and coordinating bespoke services
- Run errands and coordinate deliveries with discretion and precision
- Receive, store, and deliver guest luggage, mail, and personal belongings with the utmost care and attention
- Support the Guest Services team during peak arrival and departure periods or as needed
- Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain awareness of guest feedback and satisfaction metrics
- Ensure every guest departs with a memorable and exceptional experience
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with hotel standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience required; luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of New York City, including cultural landmarks, dining, retail, and events
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Role requires extended periods of standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
