Responsable de brindar apoyo y supervisión al área de Calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de normas regulatorias, procesos internos y estándares de la empresa. Identifica riesgos de calidad, implementa acciones correctivas y lidera operaciones diarias del departamento.

Funciones Principales:

Supervisar operaciones diarias del área de Calidad y personal asignado.
Evaluar procesos, identificar riesgos y proponer mejoras.
Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción correctiva.
Redactar, revisar y actualizar procedimientos operativos (SOPs).
Apoyar auditorías internas y externas.
Servir como recurso experto y ofrecer adiestramientos al personal.
Manejar múltiples proyectos y tareas asignadas.

Requisitos:

Grado Asociado en Administración o área científica.
1 a 3 años de experiencia relacionada.
Conocimiento en regulaciones FDA, Buenas Prácticas de Laboratorio (GLP) y Manufactura (GMP).
Liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva y atención al detalle. Resumes a adeccocaguas@adeccona.com

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
