Job Description- Lead process improvement and equipment reliability initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes to maximise equipment uptime.
- Manage capital and operational projects from concept through execution.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and external stakeholders on improvement activities.
- Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support asset management and reliability-centred maintenance strategies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance while promoting a strong safety culture.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience within a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
- Background in process optimisation, reliability engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Knowledge of PLC systems, reliability methodologies, or heavy manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
