Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate - Long Island
Overview:
Kaufman Dolowich LLP is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate to join our Woodbury, Long Island team. The ideal candidate will have a least one year of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate insurance coverage cases as part of team, including conducting court appearances, depositions, and motion practice
- Draft legal opinions, reservations of rights and disclaimers
- Communicate directly with clients, providing proactive timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience
- JD degree with excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000
