Area Temps Staffing Cleveland
An insurance company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 1 Saturday per month from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Quote, take payments, and policy changesProvide answers to questions i.e.: products, pricing, and availability
Process new applicant and enter data
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Must be able to speak English; Ukrainian/Russian Language is a huge plusMust have previous Insurance history; P&C License is preferred
Must have excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
Must have strong customer service and organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work
Must have License or be willing to get it
