Manager - Patient Food Service

Location: Chicago, IL
Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Director or General Manager, oversees the daily operations of hospital patient foodservice functions, ensuring that services such as meal delivery, order taking and related functions meet the highest standards of quality, safety and patient satisfaction.The role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, manages staff performance and serves as a liaison between patients, clinical staff and the food and nutrition team.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAININGCertified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) preferred.
County Specific requirement.- County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
