Maintenance Technician, Deerwood area - Jacksonville, FL

Overview:

We seek a highly skilled, AC-certified Maintenance Technician for our 130-unit, 4-story luxury apartment complex. This is a full-time position and is available immediately.

The ideal candidate must possess at least 4 years of experience as a multifamily technician. In addition:

• Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, including complete system replacement and electrical, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance
• Complete work orders
• Respond and resolve emergency maintenance requests (on-call)
• Turn vacant units
• Assist with maintaining the grounds
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address maintenance concerns promptly

Licenses:

• EPA (Required)
• HVAC (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
