Job Description- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of K-12 construction projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Support the project manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and addressing changes in scope or schedule.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager - K-12 Construction should have:
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
- Experience with K-12 construction or similar projects in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competitive salary ranging from $128,000 to $148,000 annually.
